When does the farmstand open for the season? The self-serve farmstand is first pulled out when asparagus season begins - typically the end of April. At that time, it is stocked with veggie and herb starts along with our hand-snapped asparagus, jam, and local honey. Depending on the weather, we also have flower bouquets available. Typically, the farmstand is pulled in for a few weeks after asparagus season ends (mid-June) then returns at the beginning of July when veggies and flowers begin producing. The farmstand remains out until mid-October or longer depending on produce/flower availability.

How do I make my flowers last? After you purchase or receive a bouquet, please do not leave it in the car without water for long periods of time. Once home, re-cut the tips of the stems and place in water. Re-cut stems and change water in your vase every 2-3 days (or daily!). Keep your bouquet away from heat and bright light to maximize vase life.
